Jenna Lyons the President and Creative Director of J.Crew has made American Sportswear relevant again. Ever since she has held court at J.Crew, she has infused the company with colorful vintage inspired separates that have made casual cool again. And I am addicted to the statement jewelry she has introduced. Every piece is perfection! Jenna brought her signature look of mixing color and pattern to the runways for her Fall 2012 collection. And oh Jenna….we love it.

Even though Jason Wu launched his first ready-to-wear collection in 2006, he became a household name in 2008. This was the year he became a fashion favorite of the First Lady Michelle Obama. And now his beautifully crafted pieces are available at Target. I have already gotten my paws on a few of his lovely First Lady worthy blouses. Thank-you Mr. Wu.

Derek Lam brings his ability to create classic silhouettes with a twist to his secondary line 10 Crosby for Fall 2012. The line is laced with Lam’s signature looks but with a more youthful spin and lower price points. Sounds like a dream to me.
